Let me show you an easy way to go from 0-5k in just 4 weeks.

What is 0-5k in 4 Weeks?

0-5k in 4 weeks is a running group designed for complete beginners, people who don’t run and those who struggle to get to the end of the road without feeling completely breathless.

The group is aimed at those who want to be able to run but are not sure how, have tried before and struggled, haven’t run in a long time and those who don’t want to join a club for the fear of not being quick enough or holding everyone back.

In this group, we start from nothing and build up together. You will learn:

  • How to make running feel easy
  • How to breathe
  • Good running posture
  • How the pace should feel for you

You will be beside others at the same level as you so you will receive support as an individual as well as part of a group working together. At the end of each session, you will get some stuff to practice before the next session, based on what you’ve just done. You can do this yourself or it’s common for the group members to meet up and practice together.
