Kettlebell Class
Kettlebells are one of the most effective, fun and exciting ways to train. This style of training returns us to learning how to use our bodies better, as one unit. All the exercises are ground-based, and get you back on your feet, away from machines and benches. You’ll be swinging them, pressing them, and passing them from hand to hand!
The general consensus is that the kettlebell is the single most effective training tool for developing strength and endurance as well as for functional based training. Although kettlebells develop strength, a kettlebell-trained body is far from bulky. By encouraging the body to work as one integrated unit, kettlebell training differs from traditional weight training routines due to the fact it incorporates a series of dynamic, whole body, multi-directional moves which combine to provide theultimate fat-blasting, functional workout in less time than that of conventional methods with dumbells, barbells and resistance machines. The kettlebell is unrivalled as a training tool, due to its ability to simultaneously develop strength, flexibility, stability, endurance and cardiovascular capacity.
