My Running Club is suitable for everyone. What does it involve?
- We meet every Saturday at 10am
- Training with others
- Learn techniques to improve your running
- Learn how to run faster for longer
- Effective warm-ups for improved performance
- Post-run stretching to reduce the risk of injury
The sessions vary from hill training to drills on the North Inch and are designed to help you run faster and stronger
