You will receive:
- One-to-One Training Sessions – workouts designed to achieve optimal fat loss and muscle conditioning to help you get the shape you want
- Nutritional Analysis – reviewing your current eating habits and educating you on the changes to make to get maximum results
- Diary – to record your eating habits and exercise so you can record your own progress
- Regular Weigh-Ins – the most effective way of measuring your progress and making sure you are on track
- Lifestyle Coaching – the build up to a wedding can be quite stressful so I will be able to help you stay relaxed and focussed and channel any stress for you to use to your advantage in your training sessions
- 24/7 Support – you will have my constant support throughout so if you have any questions, you can contact me by phone, text or email inbetween sessions.
“After losing weight there were some parts of me that I still felt very self- conscious about, especially my tummy. I went to the gym at least 3 times a week but no matter what I did it didn’t seem to make a difference. When Gavin and I got engaged I wanted to feel good in my wedding dress, so I decided to try a personal trainer but I honestly didn’t believe that it would make much difference!
However I was wrong ….
I had always concentrated more on cardio exercises when I went to the gym, but Steve gave me exercises using weights that worked more than one muscle group at a time. The workouts were challenging, but never beyond my capabilities. He also looked at my diet and showed me where I could improve it. Before I had trouble with bloating which I just thought was me, but after altering my diet this solved the problem! Obviously this helped flatten my tummy a bit and along with the exercise I managed to lose around 2 inches around my middle for my big day!”
