I design my training plans to help you develop as a runner, to be able to run faster, stronger and make it feel almost effortless. I can’t stop you from getting injured but I build in conditioning exercises to reduce your risk of common injuries as well as helping improve your performance.

My training plans are built around you, your current abilities and your schedule to give you the quality sessions you need to improve your running, your times and get you in peak form going into your race. My sessions have a focus so that you are running with a purpose rather than ticking a box to complete a particular distance
