Personal Training

Personal Training with me is different. It’s not about doing trendy workouts or following the latest diet, it’s about developing you to become the best version of you inside as well as out. It’s about creating new habits, helping you do everything better and giving you more confidence from being able to do things you probably didn’t believe possible and it all feel easier than you thought.

Creating New Habits

Whether your goal is to lose weight or run a marathon, we need to get you into the habits that will lead to success. This involves your diet, sleep patterns, lifestyle and mindset as well as exercise. 

We work on making small changes to your diet and your daily routine so you can enjoy having more energy and get the best sleep you’ve had in a long time.

I will help you develop your flexibility and get you moving more so you have greater range of movement. Every exercise is designed around how you currently move, can be done anywhere and will help you move better so that you can perform your daily tasks and favourite activities with greater ease, get more out of your workouts and get greater results. Oh, and it will also give you stronger core muscles without doing any stomach exercises!

Becoming More Creative

You’ve built a solid base and now it’s time to challenge you a bit more! This is where we become a bit more creative with everything you do from the dishes you create for your meals to the workouts you do.

I don’t believe in counting sets and reps, I believe in creating movements for you to practice to become good at. It’s learning more about your form, how it feels when you lose it and then working harder to be able to do more. Progress is when you’re able to do more before you lose form.

This helps build confidence in being able to do things you struggled with previously and look forward to the next challenge. You will also see a difference in the fit of your clothes, your shape changing when you look in the mirror and receive compliments from friends and colleagues.

Everything Better

My aim is to help every person I work with finish each session feeling better than they did when they came in whether that’s just from a great workout, loosening up a stiff joint or feeling more focused towards their goals.

Everything we do is focused on you, helping you do everything better and overcome any emotional obstacles so that you can achieve your goals quicker and easier than you maybe thought possible. You don’t have to be on a diet or do the same workouts as everyone else. We create something that works for you and helps you become the best you can be.
