0-5k in 4 Weeks is my signature running program for beginners to help you go from 0 to running 5km comfortably in just 4 weeks!
This program is ideal if you’re just starting out and would like to get into running, have tried before and struggled to make any progress or you used to run regularly and need some help to get back into it again.
The program is run via a closed Facebook group with weekly coaching calls with instructions on things to practice and tips to help make your experience easier and more enjoyable. The greatest benefit is being among a very supportive group who are at the same stage as you and willing you on.
All you have to do is run. I’m here to help you every step of the way.
