I help people discover a comfortable pace to run at, make it feel more enjoyable, feel less self-conscious and learn alongside other people at the same stage. Come and try it.
0-5k in 4 weeks is a running group designed for complete beginners where we start with the basics and build up so everyone makes progress together.
The group is aimed at those who maybe aren’t doing any exercise and would like to start running as something for them, feel they can’t run, don’t join running groups as they feel they’re not fit enough and don’t want to hold others back. It is also suitable for those already running but struggling to make any progress.

This week I completed Steve’s 0 to 5K. Five weeks ago I would never of thought I could run 5K I could barely run the length of myself. Today I managed to run my second run and quicker than the first one 🙂
Never thought I’d ever be able to run 5k, but that’s exactly what I did tonight with the 0-5k Group. Brilliant support, he makes you believe you can do it. I’d recommend Steve Bonthrone Fitness to anyone 🙂
