5k-10k in 4 Weeks

5k-10k in 4 Weeks is a running group designed for those already able to run 5k and want to step up to 10k, those who maybe struggle to get beyond 5k and those who want to improve their 10k times

You will learn:

  • Different paces and how each feels so you can pace your runs better
  • Techniques and drills to improve your form and make your running feel easier
  • Simple strategies to help improve your running experience

The sessions are designed to help everyone build and improve on their current level and to get more out of each run. Everyone is encouraged to focus on themselves and not to try to keep up with the rest of the group. This makes it easier for everyone in the group to progress. Running 10km comfortably and without stopping may seem daunting/far-fetched at the start but it will feel easier when you come to do it in week 4.

How much does it cost?

It’s £25 for the month
