The focus will be on how the pace feels and while you’ll be in a group, I encourage each runner to focus on themselves. Every runner is different, will run at different paces and nobody will be expected to try and keep up with everyone else.
The sessions will be made up of a series of drills to help improve the way you run, make it feel easier and to run better for longer. You’ll also be given some things to practice between sessions so you make greater progress.
I want the sessions to be fun, enjoyable and you go away each time feeling like you’ve learned something new and a step closer to running 10km.
