Welcome to 5k-10k in 4 Weeks

Have you completed 0-5k and ready to take the next step?

Would you like to be able to run 10km just as well as or even better than you run 5km?

Do you have a race you’d like to do and need help to train for?

This group is for you!

Who’s 5k-10k for?

The focus will be on how the pace feels and while you’ll be in a group, I encourage each runner to focus on themselves. Every runner is different, will run at different paces and nobody will be expected to try and keep up with everyone else.

The sessions will be made up of a series of drills to help improve the way you run, make it feel easier and to run better for longer. You’ll also be given some things to practice between sessions so you make greater progress.

I want the sessions to be fun, enjoyable and you go away each time feeling like you’ve learned something new and a step closer to running 10km.

When and Where?

The sessions will be on Tuesdays from 6.30-7.30pm.

Next group starts on Tuesday 3rd August.

The 4 week block costs £25
