Breaking 3

Welcome to Breaking 3, my personal challenge to run a 3hr marathon at the Stirling Marathon in October in order to qualify for a Good For Age place in the London Marathon.

I’m doing this challenge for 3 main reasons:

  1. Running the London Marathon in 1998 changed my life and inspired me to become a Personal Trainer. I’d love to go back again having earned my place.
  2. I turned 50 in December and want to prove that age doesn’t have to be a barrier to achieving the things you really want.
  3. To showcase the same coaching methods I use to help my clients achieve their goals.
