What’s Let’s Move?

Let’s Move is the first of my new online fitness classes designed to help you get your body moving better, feel fitter, stronger, healthier and happier than ever before!

Does your back, neck and shoulders feel stiff after sitting behind a computer all day? I’ve got you covered.

Do your muscles feel stiff no matter how much you stretch? I can help you with that.

Do you feel stiff or sore when you get out of bed in the morning? I can help ease that feeling.

We don’t move as much as we used to, even less since we started working from home during lockdown. This causes our body to stiffen up and lose the range of movement we need to do all our daily tasks and for when we play sport or exercise. Movement is one of the core principles of my coaching and this class will help you move better so you can do everything with greater ease and perform better in your favourite exercises or sport.
