Welcome to the Steve Bonthrone Running Club in Perth
Wouldn’t it be great to be able to run and not feel like your breathing’s hard all the time? Perhaps you’re already running and not seeing your times improve in the way that you’d hoped? My new running community in Perth is here to help you break through these issues, help you take your first steps in running, make it feel easy and then develop your abilities so you can make the progress you would really like to see.
I like to make my sessions fun and about you discovering things rather than me tell you what to do. I’ve found that this approach has been behind the success of my running groups over the last 5 years. You know yourself better than me and I’m here to give you all the support you need to discover something amazing.
- This entitles you to attend one class per week + Recovery Run
- This entitles you to attend as many classes as you wish
At the start of the 0-5k course, I really struggled and couldn’t see how I was ever going to do a 5k in 4 weeks. Steve is very knowledgeable, full of fab advice, very calm and encouraging. At the end of the 4 weeks, I ran the 5K and am planning to build up to a 10K. If I can do it, anyone can
Having just completed the 0-5k followed by the Progression running blocks and over the 10 weeks have knocked 5m14s off my previous 5k PB!! Go along and follow Steve’s advice and you will improve your running and your enjoyment of it more than you thought possible. Can’t recommend both groups highly enough.
