I hate online fitness training.

There, I’ve said it. I’m sure it suits some people but not me. I struggle to find the discipline to follow a series of exercises where I’m not sure I’m doing them right, don’t have the direct guidance from the person who created them and can only hope they’ll make a difference for me. It reminds me of marathon training plans that can be found freely on the internet, that focus on the outcome, not the person doing it and there’s no guarantee that it’ll work.

That’s why I created Virtual Personal Training.

What is Virtual Personal Training?

What if you were able to get all the benefits of working face to face with a Personal Trainer, get a coaching program designed around you, your goals, you loved how challenging yourself made you feel and you didn’t have to leave the house?

My virtual sessions are exactly like my in person sessions but via Zoom. The service, the coaching, the experience, the support, results, everything. Lockdown meant I had to redesign what I do as I had several clients who travelled to Perth for sessions and so we had to do them virtually. My clients are still getting the same great results.

Doing sessions virtually has enabled me to work with clients in Saudi Arabia, Alaska, North Carolina, Canada, deliver the same service and help them achieve their goals the same as if we were in person.

Helping people in these locations get results excites me about being able to help more people, who may not stay anywhere near Perth, to get the results they want.

How does it work?

All you need is space the size of a yoga mat and somewhere you can prop your phone or laptop. If you watch my video above, you’ll see me doing an exercise. All you need is to find a spot to place your device so I can get a similar view of you exercising. I’ll be able to demonstrate and coach you through the exercises we create for your workouts so you know you’re doing them right and getting the full benefit from them.

We can also chat through other things like diet, lifestyle, anything that’s preying on your mind, whatever is important to you. This means we can solve problems, tweak things where needed so you’re still making progress and moving closer towards your goals.
