We discuss a way forward, I will be able to tell you exactly how I can help you, which package would be best to achieve your goals and arrange our first session

Step 4

Our first session, where the fun begins. We do measurements or test in a way that’s relevant to your goals so we can measure your progress as we go. I will ask you to do a few exercises to see how you move then create exercises to help you move better. This forms the base from which we build to get you the results you want.
