0-5km in 6 Weeks
This has been my signature running group, starting back in 2007.
It’s aimed at those who are keen to get into running, perhaps tried Couch to 5k and never completed it or have maybe used to run but stopped due to injury or life getting in the way, would love to get back into it and be part of a group.
The aim of this is to help you find a pace that feels comfortable to you by focusing on how it feels, feel like it’s something you want to go and do for what you become able to do and how it makes you feel.
Warning! Running 5km without stopping will feel a lot easier than you think when you start and will feel like a byproduct of the journey you’re on.
What you can expect
Weekly 1hr sessions where you’re encouraged to focus solely on yourself and how your running feels
It’s ok if you happen to be really slow and you feel like you’d be quicker walking.
Some homework to go and practice in between sessions
Join the WhatsApp group so you can get to know and support each other on your journey
Sessions are on Tuesdays at 6am or 6pm
