Welcome to 0-5k

0-5k is an 8 week program designed to help you begin your running journey.

While 5k is the target in the title, the main focus is to help you make running feel enjoyable, something that feels easy, that you look forward to doing and as a result of that, you’ll become able to run 5km comfortably without stopping.

This is for you if you’re keen to get into running, have tried Couch to 5k more times than you care to admit but have struggled to complete or you used to run a while back, are keen to get back into it again without the pressure of running times and distances and want to be among others.

Stone Circle on North Inch, just off Rose Terrace.

Across from Perth Yoga Studio

Tuesdays at 6pm.
