Hi, I’m Steve
My journey in fitness truly began when my back went into spasm when I was 26 and prescribed strong painkillers. I decided that it was time to do something about my health and fitness and so I entered the London Marathon and got in first time!
Crossing the finish line changed my life. I felt a sense of accomplishment I’d never felt before and came away with a desire to help others do amazing things for themselves and feel the same way so I quit my job as a Pizza Chef and trained to become a Personal Trainer.
10 years ago, I learned how the body actually moves and found a solution to my own back problem. I’m passionate about helping others move more freely, overcome pain or restriction and feel inspired to do incredible things.
