Hi, I’m Steve. I wanted to become a Persona Trainer so I could help people do amazing things for themselves and feel the same way I felt after I completed my first marathon.

Back pain inspired me to take action on my own fitness so I entered the London Marathon and got in first time. Crossing the finish line inspired me to become a Personal Trainer and learning about mobility training helped me resolve my own back problem.

When I turned 50 in 2020, I felt inspired to go do things I hadn’t done before, do things better than I’d done before, lead a healthier, more active life as I get older and become the kind of person who’s still doing amazing things at an older age.

I want to help you do the same.
