Beginners Run Club
Start your running journey here! This is for you if you’re just starting out, returning to running post injury or getting back into it again after an extended period out. We focus on the basics, how it feels, how you want it to feel and make running feel enjoyable again.
When: Tuesdays at 6pm
Run Better
Take the next steps to improving your running. This is for you if you’re already running and want to improve your times and distances, you’ve been training hard and not making the progress you want to see, you want to be able to enjoy your running again and be part of a group. We work on developing your technique so that you feel lighter and springier when you run, feel like you’re pacing your runs better and enjoying it more than you’ve ever done!
When: Thursdays 6am, 6pm
Running Coaching
Become the runner you’d really like to be! This is for you if you’re looking for more focused coaching to improve your running, keep getting injured every time you increase distance or pace or you have a big race you want to train for.
My coaching program is built around you. We meet up for monthly sessions, you’ll receive a running plan, a conditioning plan to train your body for what you want it to do and messaging support in between.
Cost: £75 per month
