Welcome to Run With Steve

Run With Steve is a running community in Perth, here to help you wherever you are on your running journey.

Get into running at my 0-5k in 8 Weeks group, continue your journey and improve your running at my Run Better group or get help become the best runner you can be with my 1-1 Running Coaching.

The main focus is simple, to help make your running feel enjoyable. When this happens, everything is possible!

The aim is to help you find a pace that feels comfortable to you, easy to go and practice and most of all, feel enjoyable! When your running feels enjoyable, running 5km comfortably without stopping feels easier!

We assume that everyone’s starting from scratch and build from the ground up. At the end of each session, you’ll be given some work to go and practice yourself. There’s also a WhatsApp group to keep in touch with everyone and support each other on your journeys.

When: Tuesdays: 10am-11am, 6pm-7pm

The next steps on your running journey.

This group is for those who have just completed 0-5k, are already running but feel stuck, aren’t making the progress you’d like to see and for those who want to be able to enjoy their running again and learn how to run faster for longer with less effort!

In our sessions, we work on drills and exercises to improve your efficiency, improve your pacing and running strategies so you feel like you’re getting more from your runs without being a slave to your watch and enjoy your running more.

We also meet at parkrun on Saturday mornings to put into practice what we’ve been working on, there’s a WhatsApp group to keep in touch with everyone and for those that want it, we recommend some races to try.

When: Thursdays: 6am-7am, 6pm-7pm

Running Coaching

Running Coaching

You want to improve your running, perhaps want to build strength, reduce your risk of injury and need help to train for a big race.

I build my running coaching around you and your goals.

We meet for 1-1 sessions and I will design a conditioning plan, with exercises that are exclusive to you and what you need, that you can do wherever you like and a running plan to take you from where you are to being in the best shape for when you stand on the start line of your race.

In addition to this, you’ll get free access to my Run Better group sessions and messaging support throughout your training
