Meet Steve Bonthrone
I became a Personal Trainer because I wanted to help people do amazing things for themselves and feel the same sense of accomplishment I felt when I crossed the finish line of my first marathon.
I want running to feel enjoyable, feel a bit like playing did when we were kids, feel like its something you can do for yourself, free yourself from being a slave to your watch, and feel like running a certain distance in a certain time is a byproduct of the adventure you’re on to become a better version of yourself.
Back pain inspired me to run a marathon, crossing the finish line of the marathon inspired me to change career and now that I’m 55, I want to become one of those people who do amazing things at an older age and want to help you do that too.
