Personal Training and Running Coaching to help you feel inspired to do things you never thought you could and have fun doing them.
Fitness doesn’t have to mean going to a gym to do the same workouts as everyone else to meet someone else’s definition of ‘fit’ and running doesn’t have to be about becoming obsessed about the pace you run at and getting PBs every time.
I’m here to help you get the results you want with exercises designed exclusively for you, that feel like how playing felt when you were a kid so you can feel fitter and stronger without going to a gym and run faster for longer with less effort without running harder.
Hi, I’m Steve. I became a Personal Trainer so I could help people do amazing things for themselves and feel the same way I felt after I completed my first marathon.
Back pain inspired me to take action on my own fitness so I entered the London Marathon and got in first time. Crossing the finish line inspired me to become a Personal Trainer and learning about mobility training helped me resolve my own back problem.
I want to help you feel free from back pain or the restrictions that hold you back, help you enjoy exercising again, help you feel inspired to do things you never thought you could, enjoy
Dave Stewart
“Steve is something of a magician! Following a total knee replacement, I still had a pronounced limp and poor posture along with lower back discomfort and restricted hip and back mobility. Within a couple of sessions my gait had significantly improved, no observable limp, lost my stoop and was soon walking upright with much improved ease. I liked his approach of using the brain body connection and through the lens of joint mobility rather than muscle movement. This had an immediate impact on me. I can’t recommend Steve highly enough!”

What you look like, how fast or slow or fit or unfit you feel you are isn’t important to me. It’s a starting point. Where you’d like to get to is important and I’d love to be a part of your journey to get there.
